Job Summary
Join CHRISTUS Health as an ICU Registered Nurse (RN). Provide critical and complex nursing care in a 24‑hour environment. Responsibilities
Meet oneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Others or Leaders. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side‑effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers; identify issues and resources. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred). 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. RN license in state of employment or compact. Position Requirements
All new RN hires attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days. New hires are precepted by a trained staff member and complete critical care competency validation. Complete all annual competency verification requirements. Work Schedule
7 PM – 7 AM (Full Time)
