Required Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.

Fully licensed mental‑health professional with a valid Illinois license.

Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.

Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.

Comfort working with a diverse client base.

Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.

Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.

General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental‑health documentation.

Full‑licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental‑health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation.

Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full‑time status (part‑time positions available).

Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of filling gaps in the community.

Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

Maintain a sense of humor and positivity.

Compensation $76,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year
