Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications
Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or another professional organization
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice
Willing to work in home settings
Valid, unexpired driver’s license and automotive insurance
Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
Compensation may vary based on experience, education, productivity, supervision, location, and other factors
