8-5:00 Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture using straight stick, butterfly, and capillary stick techniques.

Conduct proper order of draw and handle 16‑week and 28‑week draws.

Spin the blood, tag and bag specimens for lab shipment.

Maintain lab cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.

Order supplies as needed and assume supervisory duties when a lead is absent.

Qualifications

1+ years of phlebotomy experience and current phlebotomy certification.

Experience drawing high volumes (30+ per day) in a back‑to‑back environment.

OBGYN experience preferred.

Excellent venipuncture technique with ability to draw difficult patients.

High confidence in phlebotomy skills and strong customer‑service attitude.

Knowledge of proper tube handling and lab protocol.
