What You’ll Do:

Supervise & mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

Partner with care teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes

Oversee daily clinical operations

What You Bring:

Active NJ RN license + leadership experience

Skilled in long-term care, rehab, or SNF

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
