Base Pay Range $72,000.00/yr – $77,000.00/yr
Schedule / Shift Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Job Description The Associate Therapist provides outpatient mental health services in an integrated behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for a new graduate or early‑career clinician seeking strong clinical supervision, structured support, and a diverse caseload. The clinician will conduct individual therapy sessions and collaborate closely with an established case management team.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
Manage a diverse caseload of 30–40 clients, providing 5–6 therapy sessions per day depending on scheduling needs.
Deliver one‑on‑one outpatient therapy for mild‑to‑moderate behavioral health conditions, adjusting treatment length based on client needs (short‑term IBH: 1–6 sessions; longer‑term therapy: 3–6 months).
Provide therapy across the full age spectrum, with a primary focus on pediatric clients (≈ 60 % children and adolescents / 40 % adults).
Conduct family sessions as part of treatment for pediatric cases, while managing adult sessions typically in the morning.
Complete timely, accurate documentation for all client encounters and maintain organized caseload tracking.
Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and team meetings to support quality of care.
Collaborate with the dedicated case management team to coordinate services.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., MSW, MFT, PCC)
Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
Open to new graduates; clinical supervision is provided
Experience with pediatric populations preferred but not required
