What You’ll Do
Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.
Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.
Document & Adapt: Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Lead with Compassion: Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Physical Therapist license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Team collaboration abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
