Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
Responsibilities
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
Facilitate patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
Provide plan‑based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Current BLS required.
Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
BSN preferred.
