Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg / Telemetry
Location: Alton, Illinois
Job Overview This travel nursing position is for a 12‑hour shift RN in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit for a 13‑week assignment beginning January 5, 2026. The role requires 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical/Télémetry setting.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications.
Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse license.
Minimum 2+ years recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
Current immunization and credentialing ready.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay: $2,103.48 per week (gross). Additional pay per assignment.
Weekly pay and guaranteed overtime.
Holiday pay, 401k retirement plan, healthcare, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
Student‑loan reimbursement, free tele‑visits with a psychologist, early pay program.
