The Moorings at Lewes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team! The Moorings at Lewes, a premier Springpoint Senior Living Community, is hiring dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Nursing team in both Skilled Care and Assisted Living. You’ll lead with kindness, support CNAs, and play a hands-on role in delivering the quality of care every resident deserves. Responsibilities
Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs. Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained. Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care. Provide emergency response to Independent Living residents. Assist with employee injuries. Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required Valid and current DE LPN License required CPR Certified 2+ years of LPN experience preferred (especially in long-term care) Paid Time Off and Holidays 401(k) with Company Match (Once Eligible) Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Benefits (including DailyPay!)
