Pay, Benefits and Perks
Competitive pay based on experience.
Sign‑on bonus for a qualified LPN $10,000.
Sign‑on bonus for a qualified RN $12,000.
Shift differential pay (participating locations).
Take home up to 75% of net wages at the end of every shift.
Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only).
Earn PTO+ for each quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only).
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees.
Up to $5,000 per year tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs.
401(k) retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after 1 year.
Medical (TeleDoc included), dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary coverages for full‑time employees.

Essential Functions
Provide personal care to residents safely and comfortably per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Assess, treat and care for patients with wounds such as pressure ulcers, ostomies, skin breakdowns; perform debridement, cleaning and bandaging.
Assess residents on admission and document changes.
Assess and manage pain, educate resident and family on pain management techniques.
Interpret test results and act accordingly.
Promote independence for residents.
Communicate resident status at shift changes and document accurately.
Maintain accurate documentation of observations and care plans.
Ensure a safe, clean, hazard‑free environment.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report malfunctions.
Serve as a team leader and collaborative role model.
Abide by abuse prevention policies.
Notify physician of resident condition changes and follow up on orders.
Implement care plans as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
Respond decisively in emergencies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current LPN or RN Missouri license in good standing.
Valid CPR certification.
Preferred: 1 year nursing experience in a long‑term care facility.
Preferred: Wound Care certification; education assistance available.
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
Decisive and quick response in emergencies.
Read, write and speak English.
Maintain confidentiality.
Clear communication skills.
Demonstrate ethical practice and strong professionalism.
