ACC’s Behavioral Health Team is a comprehensive community-based, outpatient program.
Provide crisis intervention, individual, group, conjoint and family therapy.
Carries a client caseload.
Works with people from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds in a treatment capacity.
Assess, formulate and implement clinical assessments, treatment plans.
Responsible for clinical case record-keeping for each case assigned.
Attends regular clinical staff meetings and supervision for discussion of treatment of client cases.
Participates in in-service programs and seminars to increase skill level and improve service delivery to clients.
Maintain productivity of direct services at 60%.
Complete Peer Reviews and work in collaboration with the Quality Department to ensure the standards of the agency
What do we need from you? Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or equivalent degree
State of Michigan Department of Licensing is required
(LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC/LLP/LP)
Completion of a background check.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications, and other office equipment.
$5,000 deferred sign-on bonus.
