About The Role CAPS is seeking a licensed NP with experience supporting patients on their wellness journey, including hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. This fully onsite role will be primarily based at our Gahanna and Upper Arlington locations.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care as a representative of CAPS, following the style and protocols defined by the supervising physician and the practice.
Escort patients to the treatment room, obtain medical and health history, and capture photos.
Review charts, treatment plans, and case notes to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
Identify specific imbalances to create targeted and personalized hormone replacement strategies.
Implement anti‑aging, wellness, and weight‑loss practices.
Coordinate treatment plans, follow‑up, and rebooking of patients.
Complete all patient charting (history, exam, treatment plans) accurately and timely.
Address any patient care concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with the Ancillary Clinical Director and COO on clinical needs of the department.
Work with vendors on training, development, and product knowledge.
Participate in events and marketing objectives as needed.
Notify inventory of supply needs or requests.
Attend team meetings to discuss goals and objectives of the department.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Current NP license.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with HRT and weight‑loss support (OBGYN experience preferred).
Proven ability to provide high‑quality care in a trust‑building environment with open communication and empathy.
Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with electronic health records.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
