Responsibilities
Manage a caseload and provide coverage for peers as needed.
Conduct assessments, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain clear and concise documentation in the agency electronic health records.
Participate in model training, supervision, consultation, and staff meetings.
Build relationships with community stakeholders (e.g., child protection services, guardians ad litem, judges, schools).
Comply with documentation requirements from agencies and other stakeholders.
Attend weekly supervision, consultation, and on‑call meetings.
Manage extensive travel and travel requirements.
Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate in a weekend on‑call rotational schedule as needed.
Accept additional duties as assigned.
Position Description and Salary
Reports to the assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.
Optionally accepts up to $2,000 sign‑on incentive (not for internal candidates).
Annual base salary $67,632.38 with optional add‑ons: $3,000 MST‑PREV Additive, $3,500 Bilingual Additive, $1,000 Provisional Licensure Additive, $4,000 Full Licensure Additive.

Follow the employee code of conduct and applicable rules, laws, regulations.
Engage with support departments for hiring, performance management, investigations, and other personnel functions.
Regularly supervise and evaluate direct reports.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Master’s degree from a U.S. accredited institution or credential evaluation for a non‑U.S. institution.
