Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor – County of Nevada, CA
Salary: $106,069 – $129,489 per year, plus excellent benefits.
Make a difference! The County of Nevada (CA) Behavioral Health Department is looking for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team. Duties include guiding and supporting a talented team providing outreach, engagement, and care coordination for individuals experiencing SUD; and offering clinical supervision and mentorship, helping staff navigate complex cases with compassion and evidence‑based strategies.
Responsibilities
Guiding and supporting a dedicated team in outreach, engagement, and care coordination for individuals with SUD.
Providing clinical supervision and mentorship, helping staff navigate complex cases with compassion and evidence‑based strategies.
Qualifications
Master’s or earned Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university (including CA universities approved by the Board of Psychology to prepare a psychologist for licensure) in counseling, psychiatric social work, or a related behavioral science.
Three or more years of professional experience as a clinician in a relevant behavioral health and/or alcohol/drug program, preferably including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience.
