We are currently looking for a National Traveling Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist based out of Sterling, VA. This is a full‑time position for someone who wants to practice in a variety of Cranial Technologies locations across the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional prosthetics and orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies has a clinic – we are currently in 32 states and are expanding.

Work in the clinic Monday–Thursday and fly home Thursday afternoon/evening. You are home every Friday and Saturday.

Travel weekly to a local clinic or another state. Candidates should be near a major airport for convenient travel.

Travel expenses are covered by Cranial Technologies and a per diem is provided.

Work with new teams weekly and build relationships across the company.

Take over a caseload from another clinician and meet new families regularly.

Provide infant head‑shaping treatment with the DOC Band® and ear‑shape correction with EarWell®.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with families throughout treatment.

Follow all safety and regulatory standards for pediatric care.

Qualifications •

Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist (CPO) or equivalent credentials. •

Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States. •

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •

Experience with pediatric patients is preferred but not required; a formal training program is provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $90,000 – $100,000 plus travel bonus.

Quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
