– Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) Position

Job Overview:

Assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.

Schedule:

Part‑time, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., every other weekend.

Salary Range:

$20.00 – $20.10 hourly.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan.

Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents.

Escort residents to meals and activities.

Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed, and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.

Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift.

Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid.

Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; preference for dementia experience.

Physical Abilities

Requires standing, walking, sitting, and using fine and gross motor skills, reaching with hands and arms, balance, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and smelling.

Will need to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Must use proper body mechanics.
