Full‑time, offers full benefits, convenient night shift (6:30 pm–7:00 am) schedule that rotates every other weekend and holiday.
Part‑time and PRN available: some benefits and sign‑on bonus are excluded.
Opportunity for overtime and coverage of various shifts for interested candidates.
This position also qualifies for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
LPN Role/Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Roxbury Treatment Center.
The Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit under the direction of the Nurse Manager or DON.
Monitors and documents patient condition and interventions, reporting findings to the unit Charge Nurse/RN.
Monitors nursing and clinical care plans and participates in treatment team meetings as necessary.
Provides supportive counseling and patient education.
The Licensed Practical Nurse facilitates medication administration activities in accordance with safe medication practices, including patient education.
The Licensed Practical Nurse responds to all crisis/emergency events to direct staff and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program
One year prior experience in D&A and/or mental health nursing preferred but not required
Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a licensed practical nurse
