Monday- Friday Day-Shift Opportunity, with hours between 8 am-5 pm. This role will split time between infusion and the outpatient clinic setting.
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, reflecting best practices and compliance with hospital standards.
Educate patients and their families with clear, timely, and supportive health information, complemented by written resources.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing care and service delivery.
Respond effectively to emergencies, including outside standard working hours.
Maintain required certifications and attend mandatory education and in‑service programs.
What You Bring
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure in the State of Ohio
ACLS certification required
Commitment to continuous learning, including 24 hours of approved CE every two years (per Ohio Board of Nursing requirements).
Current American Heart Association BLS certification (mandatory).
Certification in chemotherapy and biotherapy (if applicable) obtained within six months of hire.
Strong commitment to professional accountability, performance improvement, and adherence to hospital ethics and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
