About the Position Avera Granite Falls Health Center is a Level IV trauma and Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) designated hospital, offering inpatient, outpatient, emergency care, ambulance, and specialty services including surgery, radiology, obstetrics, home health, skilled nursing, independent senior living, and hospice care. The role requires a qualified ER/Trauma RN to provide high‑quality care at this critical access hospital.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN‑MN (copy needed)
Certifications: BLS‑AHA, ACLS‑AHA, PALS‑AHA, CERT‑TNCC

Critical Access Experience – travelers must float to ER and Med/Surg
