Location: Centerville Health and Rehab, 7300 McEwen Rd, Dayton, OH 45459
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
We’re expanding and looking for passionate LPNs to join our team of dedicated healthcare providers. All team members feel like family, providing the best quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ohio.
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Serious applicants with an interest in the geriatric population.
