The Crisis Service Counselor provides crisis management, intervention, emergent clinical evaluation, information, follow-up referrals, and discharge planning to patients and families presenting in the Emergency Center with a wide variety of psychiatric, chemical addiction, and psych-social problems.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Psychosocial/Mental Health Field.
1 year clinical crisis evaluation and intervention in an acute psychiatric setting with an emphasis on quick assessment skills.
