Job Duties & Responsibilities
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in the home according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care with physicians and other appropriate personnel.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
