Overview The Optical Lab Tech will be assisting the Clinic/Optical Manager/Director in every aspect of optical operations, including patient care and education.
Responsibilities
Ordering optical products for patients on daily basis
Unloading shipments of glasses and/or contacts and verifying accuracy of orders
Communicating with patients to pick up orders
Maintaining optical inventory by checking in, tagging, pricing, and displaying new merchandise.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of all aspects regarding eye wear
Demonstrated computer literacy
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work as a team member
Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Dedicated to creating a quality patient experience
