Job Description Aiken Regional Medical Centers is a 273-bed acute care facility located in Aiken, South Carolina, providing top quality and safe healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. Responsibilities
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
Lead and support the healthcare team with professional leadership and collaboration.
Apply patient-centered care principles and demonstrate service excellence standards at all times.
Participate in float pool assignments across critical care units; float pool pay incentive applies.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina.
BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
Successful completion of CPI training during orientation.
