About the Position:
Travel Nurse Source is partnering with GO Healthcare Staffing to place a qualified Med/Surg RN in Wheeling, WV (ZIP 26003). The assignment is a 12‑hour rotating travel role for an RN with current Med‑Surg experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Med‑Surg experience.
Active RN license in the state of employment.
Current BLS and/or ACLS certification (as required).
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a 12‑hour rotating medical‑surgical unit.
Assist the interdisciplinary team with assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
