Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living (ADL)
Encourage residents to socialize and engage to maintain emotional wellness
Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collect, track, and maintain patient history and records
Take and monitor vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
Follow instructions from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician
