Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Mentor – Avantara Chicago Ridge

Responsibilities
Conduct 1 on 1 orientations and training sessions with new CNAs.
Motivate and provide guidance to new CNAs.
Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
Observe changes in residents’ condition and ensure a safe environment.
Maintain ongoing education and documentation.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of
Illinois
CNA certificate.
Current CPR certification.
Preferable: one (1) year of CNA experience.
