Ultrasound Technologist Part‑time Evenings
Provide diagnostic sonograms for interpretation by a radiologist. Assist the radiologist in performing procedures and provide essential patient care for ultrasound interventional guided procedures. Perform duties consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards.
Schedule:
24 hours weekly evenings
Qualifications:
Graduate of a school of sonography or registered technologist. State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
One (1) year of relevant experience.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA‑BLS) and American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Four (4) applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area from ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, or Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF). In the state of Arkansas, the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography‑Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS‑RVT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International‑Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI‑RVS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists‑Vascular Sonography (ARRT‑VS) is required.
