What You'll Do
Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for clients in our treatment environment.
Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities consistent with the agency's Model of Care.
Offer appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors.
Provide continuous monitoring of clients in crisis and report behaviors to therapeutic and medical staff.
Participate in 1-to-1 monitoring of clients when deemed appropriate.
Availability: 3rd shift part-time.
Qualifications Education and Experience
High school diploma is required.
B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred.
Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
