Position Details
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Status: Full Time (non‑exempt)
Shift: Mon – Fri 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM (varies)

Responsibilities
Support the physician’s office health care team
Greet and sign in patients
Obtain patient information
Schedule patient appointments
Assist with patient inquiries
MAY arrange for other procedures
Conduct laboratory and consultations with referral doctors
Collect and post payments
Assist patients with billing questions
Ensure completeness of encounter form prior to patient checkout
Sort and distribute mail
Copy medical records
Education
High School or Equivalent
Experience
Required 6 months of healthcare or 6 months of customer service
