Base pay range $22.00/hr – $26.40/hr

Greet, help, and direct visitors as appropriate.
Receive fax or phone calls from physicians, pharmacies, families and take appropriate action.
Create and manage resident charts, appointment books, 911 binder, and MARS.
Maintain records of due dates for resident assessments and inform the Resident Services Director.
Coordinate transportation of residents to external medical appointments.
Organize and update in‑service binder and manage in‑services calendar.
Provide support to frontline staff as needed.
Assist with training and support of new or less experienced assisted living staff.
Coordinate staff schedule and serve as backup for Resident Services Assistant or Resident Medication Assistant.
Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum resident services as requests and needs change.
May perform other duties as assigned.
