We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU - PRN, to provide exceptional patient care in Leon Valley, Texas.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a neuro ICU setting.
Monitor neurological status and vital signs, recognizing critical changes.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and modify care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery.
Requirements & Skills
