Robinwood Dental is privately owned and managed by dentists who work in the practice each day. We are not part of a dental service organization or corporately owned practice. Since 2003, we have provided exceptional care and the most complete range of services in Western Maryland at one location for all ages, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, orthodontic, and endodontic treatments. Job Summary A
Dental Assistant

Robinwood Dental Center
helps dentists be as productive and efficient as possible. The role is available for both part‑time and full‑time schedules. This position earns $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. We offer paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) contributions after one year.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist with patient care and treatment procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed notes in our dental software.
Organize instruments and materials, ensuring the operatory remains clean and ready.
Communicate with patients, putting both children and adults at ease with a gentle, kind demeanor.
Provide a welcoming, warm atmosphere, helping patients feel valued and comfortable.
Qualifications
Extended function license (CDA or QDA) or willingness to obtain one.
X‑ray certification or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
Patient, respectful, and capable of establishing a good rapport with patients.
