Responsibilities
Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgery.
Circulate or scrub during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team.
Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain sterile technique.
Document surgical care accurately and ensure compliance with protocols.
Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
