This is a full‑time, float FNP role offering 30‑40 hours/week with a weekend requirement of 3/6 weekends. The float would cover a 50mi radius of clinics.

You Will

Provide primary and family evidence‑based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

Perform administrative duties: opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.

Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.

Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.

Required Qualifications

Holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients; including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.

Order and administer immunizations and injections (COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo and more) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling and education.

Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.

Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

Depending on the market, proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages, not limited to Spanish.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use.

Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred for less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider.

Epic experience preferred.

Education

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

Pay Range $37.66 – $81.11 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
