Contract RN (Registered Nurse) Contract Wages without Agency Headaches!!

Join Crown Healthcare Group in Dayton, OH to provide compassionate care as a registered nurse under a contract position.

Position Overview As a Registered Nurse at New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center you will oversee patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure the highest level of nursing services for our residents.

What You’ll Do

Lead Patient Care: Assess residents’ health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing care as needed.

Administer Treatments & Medications: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures while ensuring compliance with care protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, LPNs, and other healthcare staff to provide coordinated and holistic care for each resident.

Monitor Health Progress: Regularly evaluate residents’ conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with the care team to adjust care plans as necessary.

Promote Quality Care: Foster a supportive and compassionate environment by ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Provide Family Support: Communicate with families and loved ones to provide updates and support, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

What We’re Looking For

RN License: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

Experience: Prior experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Compassionate Leadership: A compassionate, patient‑centered approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
