$7000.00 Sign on Bonus! What would this role do? The Clinical Supervisor is the lead position in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff under his/her supervision.

Role Responsibilities (Here’s What It Takes)

Carry and manage a clinical caseload by meeting billable service requirements, ensuring 85% service delivery, and providing on‑site supervision based on client needs.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (including FBAs and BIPs) and develop individualized, data‑driven ABA treatment plans to improve client outcomes.

Monitor client progress and outcomes through ongoing assessment, documentation, and data‑based program adjustments.

Supervise and develop clinical staff (Assistant Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists) by providing training, consultation, performance evaluations, and ensuring treatment fidelity.

Lead Clinical Care Teams by facilitating meetings, developing utilization action plans, collaborating with caregivers, and escalating issues to leadership when needed.

Ensure compliance and quality standards by maintaining HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies, while submitting accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Support business and organizational goals by monitoring key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions, and contributing to policy, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)

Minimum of 2 year BCBA (or equivalent) supervision experience.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Must possess a Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Implement Client behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent clinical and leadership skills.

Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.

Self‑motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently.

Professional demeanor, well‑organized, and attention to detail.

Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with Clients, family members, and agency’s staff.
