Fuller Hospital – Mental Health Clinician Opportunity – Adolescent Partial Hospital Program (Full Time)
Fuller Hospital is a 109‑bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co‑occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co‑occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
The Partial Hospital Clinician is an important member of the Fuller Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm position in Fuller Hospital's Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. The ideal candidate is licensed (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) with direct experience working with an adolescent patient population.
Base pay range $71,302.00/yr - $101,539.00/yr
Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
Lead therapy groups
Provide crisis intervention
Provide clinical support and observation of clinical interns
Student Loan Repayment - $200 per month
Tuition Reimbursement - $5,000 per year

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field.
LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC strongly preferred; eligibility for licensure required
Prior Hospital case management experience is preferred
Prior adolescent behavioral health experience required
