Position Overview
We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47-year industry leader in healthcare with more than 200 locations across the U.S. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals as a full‑time 7 p–7 a nurse. This vital role delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition and, on a daily basis, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
Location: South Carolina, United States Salary: $56,237.00–$62,009.00

Deliver quality nursing care to patients competently and knowledgeably.
Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
