What We’re Looking For:
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and collaborative nursing professionals
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Level III NICU
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 1 year of hire
Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification encouraged/preferred

What You Will Do:
Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services for neonates in our Level III NICU.
Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, functional, and nutritional assessments
Determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes based on patient condition
Develop and regularly update an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care
Implement nursing interventions, ensuring timely administration of treatments and medications
Provide direct and delegated patient care, maintaining oversight and accountability
Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning
Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Demonstrate proficiency in managing care of high-risk neonates per NAN, AAP, and department guidelines
Follow protocols for infant security and administer procedural sedation safely and effectively

CPR, NRP, 1 year of NICU level III experience or greater.
