We are seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our expanding team as 1099 independent contractors. This role offers a high level of flexibility and clinical autonomy, with opportunities to deliver meaningful care in-office, through secure telehealth, and directly in the patient’s home to clients throughout Central Georgia. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, values client-centered care, and is eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatric providers and other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients based on clinical need. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and company standards. (Cutting edge technology to help complete notes in minutes.) Collaborate with Team Leaders and referral partners to ensure continuity of care. Participate in case consultations and maintain ethical and professional standards of practice. Qualifications
Must hold an active Georgia license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (fully licensed, not associate level). (All Master level clinicians considered). Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently while maintaining collaboration with a larger care team. Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
