About the Role At Vitalant, Your Impact is Vital. As a Phlebotomist you will create comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. You will host blood drives in the region, reaching local and distant donors. After completing our 10‑week paid training program, you will help save lives daily and make a vital impact on your community.
Vitalant is offering a $4,000 hiring bonus for candidates who join our team in November! Eligible new hires will receive $2,000 after six months of employment and an additional $2,000 after one year.
Potential Schedule: Monday through Friday mobile blood drives, with occasional weekend shifts. This position requires 8–10 overnight stays per month to connect with donors across our 300‑mile service region. Vitalant covers all travel arrangements—including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Next Possible Start Date: 1/12/2026.
What You’ll Do
Keep blood donors comfortable and informed.

High School Diploma or GED
Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel as required
