We’re seeking a Home Care Manager who will lead our office in Boca Raton, FL. This leadership role oversees caregivers, scheduling, compliance, and client care while driving efficiency and growth. Base pay range : $40,000 – $60,000 per year. Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day home care operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. Direct caregiver supervision, scheduling oversight, and client service coordination. Lead a high‑performing office team focused on service excellence and client satisfaction. Recruit, train, and retain a high‑performing caregiving team. Participate in the on‑call rotation to ensure 24/7 service continuity. Ensure adherence to state regulations, company policies, and home care industry standards. Maintain all documentation, EVV compliance, and quality assurance processes. Drive continuous improvement using operational data and KPIs. Support business development through client relationship‑building and community outreach. Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or service‑industry operations. Experience managing caregivers, scheduling systems, or client care coordination. Strong understanding of state home care regulations, compliance, and EVV systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Meets all hiring and state regulatory requirements.
