Hastings Senior Health & Living , a Cassia community, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Details
Position Type : Full‑Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus. Shift : Nights (NOC) 10:30 pm – 7:00 am Position Type : Part‑Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus. Shifts : Every other weekend Days : 6:30 am – 3:00 pm. Wage : $27.89 – $36.26 per hour (based on experience) Location : 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033 Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Recognize and manage common geriatric conditions Supervise TMAs and Nursing Aides Maintain respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff Administer and monitor medications and treatments per physician orders Manage medication and supply inventory according to policy Document care using electronic charting systems Communicate significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults Benefits
