This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic services under the direct guidance of an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As part of your compensation, all required clinical supervision hours will be included at no cost to you, ensuring you meet the requirements for independent licensure.
We welcome applicants who hold one of the following licenses:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Competitive pay: $45–$55 per session

About the Role As a licensed mental health professional in our private practice, you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the lifespan, including geriatrics and pediatrics. A significant part of your work will involve supporting military service members and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic interventions.
Performing diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' psychological needs, all under the close supervision of your Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, in collaboration with clients and guided by your supervisor.
Utilizing behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) in therapy sessions as appropriate.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, including coding for insurance purposes.
Collaborating seamlessly with the therapy team at Formation Health Services to ensure integrated client care.
Actively participating in regular individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a licensed mental health clinician who is passionate about mental health and eager to grow their clinical skills in a private practice setting. The ideal candidate will possess:
A Master's degree in Social Work.
Current, active LMSW license in New Jersey
Strong skills in individual and/or group counseling and behavior management.
A commitment to working with diverse populations, particularly military service members and their families.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
A firm commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards in practice.
Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and coding practices is a plus, as is experience in outpatient settings.
