Qualifications
TX Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Case Management or Home Health experience
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Home office equipment provided (if working remotely)
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Annual Bonus
Monthly Bonus Averages between $500 and $2,500 (uncapped)
Salary, monthly bonus, mileage reimbursement, and excellent comprehensive benefits, including Health Insurance and 401(k)
