Base Pay $33.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Responsibilities
Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
Make daily rounds on the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Complete required record‑keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
Qualifications
Valid nursing license required by the state.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Compliance with the state’s health‑care worker background‑check requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and able to handle stress.
Must be energetic, professional, and reliable.
Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and visitors.
Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
