Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Nurse
Join Maxim Healthcare as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our private duty nursing team based in Bowling Green, KY. This role offers one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, with assignments that may include pediatric or adult patients depending on availability and your clinical experience.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services.
Initiate the plan of care when directed and request necessary revisions from prescriber as patient status changes.
Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
Intervene as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and report changes to appropriate physician or supervisor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of interventions.
Review the plan of care and program protocols, identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
Current health certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).
Current PPD or chest X‑ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior RN experience preferred.
