You’re a Great Fit If You:
Hold a full independent TN license (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or equivalent)
Are self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
Use research‑driven, evidence‑based clinical practices and are comfortable with short‑term therapy models
Can adapt quickly to new technology and processes
Have experience (or interest) in group therapy and telehealth
Keep EHR documentation current and accurate
Bonus: Experience with Phreesia or similar platforms
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessment
Complete timely clinical documentation
Create and update treatment plans according to policy
Provide therapy services based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
Respond to supervisory communication, including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face‑to‑face settings
Keep administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or organization
Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional manner
Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to successfully utilize computer/electronic equipment and software.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
A Master’s degree is required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or a specialization in MH Counseling
Certification/Licensure
– Must have LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT
Years of Experience
– N/A (licensure sufficient)

Squatting – Occasional
Kneeling – Occasional
Bending – Occasional
Driving – Occasional
Lifting – Occasional
Start Pay Range (Full‑time) $60,000 - $65,000
